When you join the pilot waitlist we collect your work email address, your role, and (optionally) which version of Business Central you use. When you book a call we collect your name, email and the answers you give to the booking questions. We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about the BridgeCentral pilot and to understand whether the product fits your set-up. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form or booking the call, and which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us.
This site uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
Form submissions are handled by Formspree (USA) and call bookings by Cal.com; both act as our processors under their standard data-processing terms. Email is delivered via Cloudflare. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
Waitlist and booking details are kept until the pilot programme ends or for 12 months, whichever is sooner, and are deleted earlier on request.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it. Email hello@bridgecentral.io and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
When the product launches this notice will be replaced by a full privacy policy covering the service itself. We will update the date at the top whenever it changes.
